Valley Cottage Self Catering

Valley Cottage self catering is a recently converted one bedroom detached building situated in the delightfully tranquil setting of Lymore. The property sits at the opposite end of the main house's large mature garden. Guests have their own entrance from the lane and parking for two cars. There are numerous walks from the door with Keyhaven less than a mile away, and Milford on Sea a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes car drive.

Outside the kitchen there is a boarded patio area with wooden furniture and views of the cottage garden where guests are welcome to wander. The owner (who is a qualified garden designer) will often be outside gardening and will happily offer garden advice, trips can also be offered to see local gardens not normally open to the public.

Keyhaven provides country rambles, bird watching, nature reserves, sailing, fishing, kite surfing & a picturesque harbour. Our near neighbour, Milford on Sea offers great beaches, spectacular sea views, glorious sunsets, village life, quaint shops, clifftop strolls, tea shops, fish & chips, traditional pubs, bistros, cafes, fine dining & international cuisine restaurants, great food - what more could you want.

One double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, bedside tables with lights and storage
space. Small TV.
Large powerful shower, lavatory, wash basin and heated towel rail in separate
shower room adjacent to the bedroom
Kitchen with new oven, hob, washing machine/dryer, fridge and dishwasher,
microwave.
The living/dining area has a table with sitting for 4 people, plus 4ft sofabed*
TV/Freeview/DVD player, CD player & radio and digital radio
Gas central heating (charged extra during the winter)
Double glazing throughout

Towels and bed linen are provided in the rental hire and will be changed weekly if letting is more than one week
Ironing facilities

*Sofabed for extra guests at the owners discretion and at a supplementary charge.

Homemade preserves for sale at various times of year

Dogs are welcome, but not in the bedroom and you are asked to exercise them off the premises. If accidents occur owners are expected to clean up after their pets. There is a charge of £20 per dog per week.
